I've just upgraded to the fibre 900 and should be getting around 800mbps hard wired. Are you sure you have got Fibre to the Home and not Fibre to the Cabinet (Infinity 1 or 2)? Had already seen other threads but sometimes you don't get a reply in other threads.

15h07, When I run a BT Infinity speed test on the BT site, it comes back saying, "It looks like you don't have 'Fibre to the Home' Infinity Broadband. 23-06-2020 You can also test your speed using our My BT app. 5 Days in and speeds are no where near what I should be getting.

I'm on Ultrafast 1 with 150/30 and I get close to these speeds even using third party speed testers over wifi, so the problem may be with your devices rather than BT. Speedtest.net . Also the speed test is never consistent. Use our My BT app or broadband troubleshooter to test the speed of your BT Broadband line. This morning 52 down 50 up a few minutes later another test 372 down and 108 up.

I've used my ps4 wired and I get around 45 mbps too.
For the record I am connected @ Full Duplex Gbps, wired over cat6, no wireless devices connected during speedtests and no improvement if connected directly to the ONT.
I've already mentioned that Keith re guaranteed speed.
This is a fantastic product and I know I am very lucky to have it.
