I did my research and knew it would be a group presentation but went anyway for the experience. Lame AF. I was contacted multiple times to interview with Aflac. They mislead you into thinking you can make tons of money by selling insurance, and sugar coat it by touting things like "stock bonus", "renewal compensation", "holiday vacation trips for top sales performance", and a bunch of other garbage.They do not tell you, that there is NO BASE SALARY, and it is 100% commission based, and the management has an incentive to recruit as many people as possible, because then they can leech off whatever insurance you sell at no cost to them.... basically a pyramid scheme.As a result, they will hire anyone with a pulse and two legs, because there is no cost to them: there is NO BASE SALARY. Short answer 2: you can make money in the business, but you need to be good with dissonance. Management was very weak and did not try to properly train employees, which created a high turnover. I got a random email offering to interview for a District Coordinator position. Because it is commission only it is extreme highs and lows with a lot of perks when you are among the top, but not in forms of cash.
