but another video I watched suggested taking the piece you (hopefully carefully) removed, and using a knife to cut off the top layer, then inserting that layer back into the bottom of the case, giving you a nice clean surface. Black and White sandwiched foam has 1/8" (5mm) black layer
I am quite pleased with the end result. Our store has the best security available. Cutting out a shape is easy, but it's impossible to get a flat surface on the bottom.
