Fast friendly service and good food at what I consider reasonable prices. (ROFL at that one!) Our waitress, Anna, was very nice and described all of the specialties (which are in Italian and not explained in the menu). Gordon calls on Lisa and Rita to get the evening back on track and get the service to run more smoothly.
Take a rest in a cafe. I like!e what Ramsay's trying to do to help even the most stubborn of owners but this restaurant has too many oddities. The owner just called and said she couldn't see me slip on the video footage and preceded to call me a nasty (her word) tw#$. Nice main courses, big portions, little on the plain side but overall a very good meal out. There are compliments and criticism about both the food and service.
Waitress have us wrong appetizer and said it would take too long to re-do but could if we really wanted it. I ordered the manicotti bolognese which came in a somewhat watery...sauce but it tasted good. That is exactly what she gave the bus. I responded "but I got hurt."

The terrace of the L’Osteria Osnabrück is located right at the Hase. I'm sorry but I understand Rita's point on that. There is tension when server Miguel shouts at Rita and he has a confrontation with Gordon before backing off. That family is So adorably Italian and I love the weird thin guy who was looking through the windows with an umbrella when he got sacked. She said "Don't ever call me again!"
