Make sure whole fish is scaled, gilled, gutted and cleaned thoroughly. And what a surprise the flavors of the ginger and orange turned out to be! I thought the prep for this recipe was quick and easy and by making the sauce and grinding the rice flakes ahead of time, the recipe went together in no time.

OH MY this is a LITERALLY my favorite fish recipe I’ve ever tried. I will continue to try different recipes, but at least at this point there is one that I can make that I will actually be happy to eat.
