Hey D – It seems that Rogue safety spotter arms would work with a Titan rack, perhaps with a bit of play.
Their Flat Base rack is 3×3, 5/8 holes, so Monster Lite compatible.
Hello I got an ethos power rack and I’m having a hard time with finding side to lengthen the rack to 43in deep any suggestions. Is the T-3 the greatest, sturdiest, best power rack of all time? And that's a pretty big deal because the T-3 is a completely bolted together unit. In fact, I was so curious that I bugged Titan Fitness until they gave me an answer. I was looking at both Titan and Rogue since Rep doesn’t make any. Seeing Rogue's facilities make you realize that their products are cutting edge.
Not listed here are complex attachments and accessories that will not fit any other racks, such as those that mount on the top or bottom crossmembers or need the rack to be a specific width between uprights. Compared to other products in the market, you will pay about half for the TITAN products. This is a part of their products that outperform all other companies.
But, if you're like me, the details matter. Sorry, I just hate those as the pins are always off and you never know whether to rack the bar in the middle or on the highest setting as you only get three options.

A few things to add. Do you know if the holes on the Titan uprights align with the holes on the Rep Fitness uprights? 2×2” with 1” hardware. The pin holes on the spotter arms might not line up enough, but I don’t bother putting the pin in.

This is a special way of saying that the holes for pin safeties and j-cups are spaced 1" through the bench and clean pull zone, and 2" through the rest.
So, we put them head to head to figure out which is the best. The question you need to ask yourself is, how much does that matter to you? The only thing I’m looking for now is safety straps that will fit a 2×3 with 43” spacing.

I now have Titan lever arms, Titan J hooks and Titan leg press … Rogue has done a lot of things right, but in my mind, one of the best things they've done is created so many options for accessories. It has to be the matching size category as per the tables.

With this. Titan also uses metric spacing between holes, 50mm/1.98″ instead of 2″. I just purchased and installed. Hope those for the interior depth between the uprights.
They will generally fit within the same category despite the metric sizing.
